Rubber presses shape raw rubber by vulcanizing it inside a mold using heat and pressure. Kavis Makine presses operate with the same efficiency for many years thanks to their steel frame construction. We offer clamping forces from 50 to 500 tons and platen sizes up to 1,000 x 1,000 mm. We manufacture machines for automotive, defense, sealing, and technical rubber component manufacturers.
A rubber press shapes raw rubber by vulcanizing (curing) it inside a mold using heat and pressure. Kavis Makine presses are designed to meet pressure requirements of up to 150 kg/cm². With homogeneous heat distribution and a powerful hydraulic system, you achieve the same hardness and durability in every part.
Vulcanization Press: The standard rubber press. Built with a steel frame for long service life. Offers clamping forces from 50 to 500 tons. Heat and pressure distribution are homogeneous.
Transfer Molding Press: Suitable for natural rubber, solid silicone, and rubber compounds. Equipped with an injection unit but without plasticizing. The material is loaded manually. Used for precision applications that do not require plasticizing.
Vacuum Vulcanization Press (VKM Series): Designed for products with complex geometries and sensitive internal structures. Removes air from the mold cavity and prevents air bubbles. Its compact design makes it suitable for mass production.
Pressing Unit (4RT): A fully hydraulic clamping unit with four steel columns. Clamping force is distributed evenly across a wide area. Features fewer moving parts, short closing times, and a long service life. Opens and closes quickly with two auxiliary cylinders.
Press prices vary depending on tonnage, platen size, vacuum features, and automation level. At Kavis Makine, we manufacture presses ranging from 50 to 500 tons. Our product range includes standard, vacuum, and transfer presses. We manufacture in Konya and offer price advantages and faster service compared to imported machines. We determine the most suitable press according to your part geometry, material, and cycle time requirements. We maintain spare parts support for all our presses for many years.
Repeatability: PLC control and automation ensure consistent quality in every part.
Low Scrap Rate: Material loss during pressing and vulcanization is minimized.
Energy Efficiency: Hydraulic and heating systems operate only when needed.
Long Service Life: The steel frame prevents tolerance loss for many years.
