Rubber Injection Molding Machines

A rubber injection molding machine heats raw rubber until it becomes flowable, injects it into the mold using a screw or piston, and initiates vulcanization through the mold temperature. Kavis Makine machines operate according to the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principle. The first material entering the barrel is also the first material injected into the mold. This prevents the material from remaining inside the barrel, burning, or curing prematurely.

• Low Scrap Rate: Material does not accumulate in the barrel, and fresh rubber is injected into the mold every cycle. Waste is reduced.

• Fast Material Changeover: No need for extensive barrel cleaning when changing colors or compounds. FIFO prevents different materials from mixing.

• Consistent Quality: The thermal history of the material remains the same in every cycle. There is no difference between the first and the thousandth part.

• Energy Efficiency: Heating and servo-hydraulic controls operate only when needed. Energy consumption during standby is minimized.
