RUBBER PRESSES

Rubber presses are machines used to vulcanize rubber compounds inside a mold through the application of heat and pressure. Their steel frame construction is one of the key factors that ensures long-term precision and prevents tolerance loss over years of operation. As Kavis Makine, we offer five different models in this product group.

Rubber Vulcanization Press – This standard rubber press is available with clamping forces ranging from 50 to 500 tons and platen sizes up to 1,000 x 1,000 mm. Its robust steel frame provides lasting accuracy and reliable performance even during long-term operation.

Transfer Molding Press – Suitable for natural rubber, rubber compounds, and solid silicone molds. This model features an injection chamber but does not include a plasticizing unit. The material is loaded manually and is commonly used for manufacturing precision parts that do not require plasticization.

4RT Vulcanization Press – Featuring a four-column frame structure, this vulcanization press is available with capacities from 50 to 500 tons and platen sizes up to 1,000 x 1,000 mm. It provides uniform pressure distribution and offers a durable, long-service-life design.

Compression Molding Press Unit – Operating as a fully hydraulic clamping unit, this model distributes clamping force evenly across a wide area through four steel columns. Its low number of moving parts results in short closing times and reduced maintenance costs. Two auxiliary cylinders enable rapid opening and closing movements, helping to increase production efficiency.

Vacuum Vulcanization Press (VKM Series) – Developed for rubber products with complex geometries and sensitive internal structures. By completely evacuating the air inside the mold cavity, it prevents air bubble formation and improves product quality. Its compact design makes it suitable for high-efficiency mass production lines.

RUBBER INJECTION MACHINES

Rubber injection machines operate by heating and pressurizing raw rubber compounds, injecting the material into a mold, and then vulcanizing it. They are widely used in industries such as automotive, medical, electronics, toys, and footwear manufacturing. Advanced control systems ensure precise molding and consistent product quality.

FIFO Rubber Injection Molding Machine – This product series represents the core product group of Kavis Makine and operates according to the “First In, First Out” principle. Since the material does not remain inside the barrel for extended periods, the risk of scorching is eliminated. We offer capacities ranging from 50 to 500 tons, injection pressures up to 2,500 bar, and injection volumes up to 14,000 cc. Low material waste, fast material changeovers, and consistent part quality make it an ideal solution for high-volume production.
